What is the rent?
One bedroom apartments (500 sq ft) currently rent from $915 per month. Prices update daily; see the Floor Plans page for current availability.
What is the security deposit and are there other move-in fees?
The security deposit is currently $250. The application fee is $50 per applicant and there is a one-time $150 lease origination fee.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. The building has an elevator.
Is the building accessible? Are there grab bars, walk-in showers or wheelchair access?
The building has an elevator and controlled-access entry. Apartment bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. If you need grab bars, a walk-in shower or other accessibility features, call (216) 304-4843 to ask what is available and to request a reasonable accommodation.
Are utilities included?
Heat and gas are included in the rent. Water and trash are $35 per month. Residents pay their own electric.
Is there on-site laundry?
Yes. There is a laundry facility on site for all residents.
Is parking included?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for residents.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets up to 40 lb are welcome, with some breed restrictions. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet.
Is there a community room or activities?
Yes. Residents have a lounge for socializing, and the community offers meal service, package service and on-site management and maintenance.
How close is the nearest hospital, pharmacy, grocery store and bus stop?
A CVS pharmacy and a Save-A-Lot grocery are at Puritas Park Shopping Center, steps away on Puritas Ave. The Rockport Branch of Cleveland Public Library is next door. RTA bus Route 78 (W. 117–Puritas) runs on Puritas Ave, and the Puritas–W. 150th Red Line station is about 2 miles away. MetroHealth West Park Health Center is about 1.7 miles away, and Fairview Hospital is about 3 miles (roughly 8 minutes by car).
Can a caregiver or family member be on the lease?

Leases are available for 12, 18 or 24 months.
Are furnished apartments available?
Yes. Furnished and unfurnished options are available. Furniture is an additional cost.
Is a credit or background check required?
Yes. Applications include a credit check and may include criminal background and rental history checks. A low credit score alone does not automatically disqualify you.
When is rent due and how can I pay?
Rent is due by the 4th of each month. Pay online through the resident portal, or with cash at Walgreens, CVS, 7-Eleven or ACE stores.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes. You can buy it through Smartland or another provider.
Can I paint or make changes to the apartment?
Yes, but you must restore the original color and repair any changes before move-out to get your deposit back.
What happens if I break the lease early?
The security deposit is kept, and you may owe rent until the apartment is re-rented.
